Booth assignments will begin on Monday, August 5, 2024. Each exhibitor will be contacted based upon their priority level. Note that company’s taking 4 or more booths may be given higher priority. Once contacted, the exhibitor will be allowed 24-48 business hours to decide on booth space. If a decision cannot be made in that time frame, we will move on to the next company. The exhibitor may contact the NBVA at any time to reselect, after the current company has selected.
After all the companies with seniority have selected, booth space shall be sold based upon receipt date of contract on a first-come, first-served basis.
